    That's where I want it to end up and I don't think it's far off - if at all - what Ottawa can expect. It would basically mean Hronek + Zadina for Debrincat + moving up from 4th round to 2nd in this year's draft.

    I remember Rod Carew's chase of .400 which I believe carried on into August one season in the late '70s was a really big deal at the time. I wonder if it would get as much attention in this analytics age. You know what MLB needs? A long, long hitting streak to challenge Dimaggio, I think that would draw a following once it hits 40 games.

    I'm with you. I'd be willing to trade every single Red Wings' pick in this 2023 draft for as much talent as that can bring in. We need to sign or acquire the equivalent of Bertuzzi and Hronek JUST to be as good of a roster as at this past year's training camp.

    Great to hear. I love the different spin new fanbases bring to the sport. I wish the NHL had a couple of European teams as well.
