    Maybe the high stick goal shouldn’t have counted. But the Kings goal waived off was clear goalie interference. Fiala skated into the blue crease on his own before the puck and made contact.

    Wings played a really good road game …for 57 minutes. Lose in OT. Wait…play is under review. No goal!!

    Now the Wings have to kill a penalty with 2:02 in overtime if they hope to get this to the shootout.

    Scoreless 1st period at the LA Kings. These 10:30pm starts are harsh when I’m spending the week in Ontario.

    A Canadian mostly being a neutral, slight pull for the Dodgers. I don’t hate the Jays like I do with the Leafs. And the excitement for a new generation in the Jays making the World Series for the first time in 32 years is good for baseball in this country. But if there are going to be bars in SW Ontario erupting over a World Series champion ship, I want it to be for the Tigers not the Jays.
