Major pet peeve for me is that the All Stars don't wear their team's uniforms anymore. They need to bring that back.

Today, On July 11th, I give my total respect to those who work at 7-11 on Free Slurpee Day. Americans a great at acting like nutballs when anything is free. I can only imagine what it's like when a Slurpee machine breaks down or needs to be refilled. I am sure the nutballs scream and curse and tell them they won't have their jobs if the little piggies can't get their free Slurpees RIGHT NOW. I've seen full-on brawls break out over the lead singer of Sugar Ray throwing a glow stick into the crowd. Injuries and arrests -- over a glow stick.

WRONG! You're not takin into account the fact that at least 5 of those players will have long term injuries before puck drop. Why? BECAUSE WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS !

and there is seemingly too many things going right and too much love for the Lions. Something's gotta go horribly wrong. I just can't believe there going to be as good as everyone (including me) thinks. It's the Lions. Something you'd never expect will happen. Remember - about 3 years ago the Browns were ready to go all the way and BOOM - disaster.

Pistons 1 or 2 years away? LOL. Pistons are a disgrace and Cade is one more injury from being a big bust. I feel like the Pistons won the draft lottery in the weakest year for a #1 pick. Pistons are pointless. Even if Cade develops (2 years behind schedule), as soon as he does he'll bolt.

Yeah, April 17, 2016 was the last playoff game victory - from the Red Wings in a 5 game series vs. Tampa Bay. Tigers last playoff win was October 16, 2013 Pistons last playoff win was May 26, 2008 Lions last playoff win was January 5, 1992 ENOUGH ALREADY !

No. No more "1 more year" from these teams. Sick of "1 more year" or "just have to wait". This town is itching for ANY team to make the playoffs and win a playoff game. When was the last time any of the four major sports teams in Detroit won a playoff game? 2016? Enough already.

I would expect Zadina to score 15-20 goals for San Jose next year.

A lineup with 4 starters and 5 utility men every night probably ain't ever gonna do much. Especially when one of those starters is Javy The Human Windmill.

There is nothing they can do about the offense. It just sucks and it will for the rest of the year and probably next year too.

That offense is why it's really all about 2025. The offense is so bad that you have to throw a no-hitter to win. Heck, Skubal/Olsen almost did and they still lost.

I can't stand Craig Monroe as a broadcaster. He's hard to tolerate.

You gotta figure that next year will likely be Colt Keith, Jackson Jobe and Parker Meadow's rookie years, and a comeback year for Casey Mize, and there will be bumps - then the year after is when we'll probably we ready to spend on a hole in the lineup and maybe see Jace Jung and Wyatt Langford in 2025.

This is about 2025 & Beyond, not about this year.

The layoff doesn't seem to have bothered Riley one bit. He's really our All-Star.

Despite some bad games, it was a great week for the Tigers with the return of Greene and three VERY impressive pitching performances from Skubal, Olsen and Manning. For **** Sake, STAY HEALTHY !

I would imagine that with pre-2000 being "Is your arm still attached?", that it's probably much more likely lately. I remember Billy Chapel's no hitter. He had NOTHING left at the end, but when a guy is in the last season, then why not let it ride?
