The Willie Mays catch is often cited, but as good as it was, I think it's a little overrated. For me. Dwayne Wise. A - Robbed a home run B - Ran in to the wall C - Bobbled it, but hung on D - In the 9th ininning E - Of a Perfecto For the Tigers it was also in a Perfecto Austin Jackson's 9th inning catch during the Imperfect Game. I have no idea how caught up to that ball. For me this beats out Curtis Granderson's HR theft in the 9th inning of a 1-0 game in Cleveland, where I literally fell out of my chair. AJ wins out because of the situation. How about your plays..............

I knew someone who had duck tape all over his Jagwire. But Nick Lindstrom signed the duck tape so that was cool. -

DING! There's a difference, though. Tampa Bay ain't all that crazy about their ballclub. Tiger fans are different. You start trading away fan favorites all the time and you will have a bit of resentment, especially if you don't make long runs in the playoffs. Wonder if the Rays will spend more when they're the Nashville Stars. -

Depends on the team who signs him. I would imagine that the Tigers would tell him that the number is being held for when Miggy goes into the HOF in, what, 2029. And he'd agree to take another number and that number would be 0 -

Golden At Bats? WTF?

He's going to end up being RFK Jr's second in command. This turd is going to be in charge of national health. I'd rather see him keep playing and keep losing.

Okay, it's Cyber Monday. Come on baseball, let's see some action. 3 of the Top 50 have signed so far, it's boring. WE NEED SOME ACTION. TIGERS, YOU GET AT IT, YOU GO GET THAT D-LEVEL STARTER AND LIFETIME .230 HITTER FOR YOUR LINEUP. WE'RE WAITING -
Since 2019 they've played in 12 playoff games. It can take it's toll. It hasn't with KC, but KC has done a better job of cycling players out for new players. SF is just wore down. So many injuries. Plus contract holdouts with key players. It all adds up. That's why the Lions window is pretty short with another couple of years. The lovefest won't continue forever, you're going to end up with guys who start holding out and complaining about this and that. They key is drafting. I trust Brad Holmes with this. If he keeps drafting the way he has, the team should always be relevant. If Brad Holmes keeps doing this, we'll think of 10-7 or 9-8 as a terrible season.

Look at all of these last-possession games. This league is fixed, man. Eberflus was paid a lot of money to play the fool in the story. None of it is real. The league makes more money with the lowly Detroit Lions getting good and building up sympathy and sales. That's all it is. Dan Campbell is a character. Jared Goff is a Human Interest Story. Jaymo's the unrly teenager. Fake, man, Fake.

For Michigan there are generally two objective 1. Win a Conference title 2. Ruin OSU's season. Either one of those are accomplished and you feel successful. Sherrone Moore's season turned about to be fairly successful after all. Jim Harbaugh left things messy and it dragged out which tied his hands with recruiting. Plus there is still uncertainty with punishment over Michigan doing the things all the big schools are doing (gee, funny how a mic inside a helmet can get rid of the need for signals). The O-Line was nearly completely replaced, as well as much of the offense. They had subpar QB options with an O-Line that needs to gel and it was a recipe for disaster, which it kind of was. A lot of people were already calling for Coach's firing and I think this quiets it down - a lot. I think it would have been a horrible look for the first Black HC in the program's history to be a one-and-done. Now, everyone take a breath, he'll have much more time to recruit and the buzz from this weekend's game will help. I went into this season thinking 8-4 and they wound up 7-5. The 5 losses were vs. teams that (as of today) are ranked #1, #3, #10, #23 (road) and Washington on the road, which is always a tough game. With what they had at QB, that's actually pretty good. I like their chances for the playoffs next year, if they can get good QB play (and how could it be worse?). The O-line will be experienced and better and they'll do better with transfers. But man, you talk about a paradigm shift - in one day. And Michigan. Do the right thing now and give Moore credit for the games he coached last year. Harbaugh's gone, you don't need to kiss up to him anymore.

Can't wait to hear the Sparty afternoon show choke on bitter tears on Monday and bitch about Michigan trying to plant the flag. They have NOTHING to talk about with their team after the 41-14 drubbing they took at home vs. Rutgers, so in typical Sparty form, they will obsess over Michigan. Rutghers planted their flag at Halftime. I am on the air at 3, but I will get to hear their whining for an hour and I will drink in those tears. They'll be delicious.
