    Goff already has a large cap hit. An extension would likely lower his cap hit at least initially.

    The US can't stop migrants from coming to the border. As long as the US provides better economic opportunity, they are going to come. Even if the US doesn't, they still have to go through the US to get to Canada.

    Goff is at least 5/200. It will be interesting to see who blinks first, Dallas or Detroit. Goff is slightly younger than Dak, has been more durable throughout his career, and has better postseason success. I would think Goff would command a contract slightly larger than Dak.

    Who would have thought the guy that said let Detroit, aka auto industry, go bankrupt would struggle in Michigan? I mean he did like our trees though.

    If the Lions come out of free agency with Hunter and Gillmore I would be pretty happy. No need to waste $1 million on an emergency QB. I'm also not sure I would sign CJGJ. They have depth at that position. $6.5 million would be cheap and tempting. I doubt he signs for that.

    No way Goff signs for only $168. What do you have as his cap hit for year one? They can save at least $5 million if they extend him before his roster bonus kicks in in March.

    One Hamashole was arrested yesterday. A group of Hamasholes stood in the road trying to block Biden's motorcade. One apparently didn't want to move and allegedly assaulted a cop. Not sure I trust Warren PD on that one but playing in traffic is a Hamashole calling card.

    We saw Bob Quinn over pay for free agents. Impact guys like Allen, Burns and Johnson will be franchised. Not sure what Minnesota will do with Hunter. The Lions have a lot of young players coming up as free agents. You build through the draft and supplement with free agency.
