  1. A restructure doesn't take an extension off the table. The Lions now will have a $4.5 million cap hit next year even if Davis doesn't re-sign. They can roll that $4.5 million into a new signing bonus on a new contract.
  2. Bears got a worse return for Fields than the Patriots got for Mac Jones.
  3. I would’ve like Fields as a Taysom Hill type. Have him come in and run RPO for a series or two.
  4. Pickett traded to the Eagles. Sounds like locker room trouble. The Steelers seem to be a magnet for divas.
  5. Yeah I'd probably walk away if I was the first to lose to the Lions in the playoffs in 32 years.
  6. If you're into PFF grades, in limited action he has graded 70 and above that past few seasons. He would likely be a special teamer.
  7. It's like we go through this every election. Black folks are moving to the right and yet they always come home.
  8. Tim Scott is more for the white people who are like see I have a black friend.
  9. I like whenever a Republican considers a black people think blacks are going to vote for them. It's probably worse for the black vote to have an uncle Tom. We saw that with John James. He did worse with the black vote than Trump.
  10. I would trade Goff for Herbert and two 1sts.
  11. I seem to recall they were panned for that move as it was believed they over drafted him. They seem to oscillate between veterans like Favre, Cunningham, and Cousins and late firsts or seconds like Tavaris Jackson, Bridgewater and Culpepper. I honestly thought they had one in Culpepper. I thought he and Moss were going to be a problem for a long time.
  12. When was the last time the Vikings went all in on a young QB? It seems like it's always retread veterans like Cousins and Favre or late 1st rounders like Bridgewater and Culpepper.
  13. This is why I thought the Chargers job was overrated. Yeah you have Herbert, now you have no one around him. They lost their RB and top two receivers and still don't have a ton of cap space and having aging and injury prone players on defense. It's not going to get much better as Herbert's cap number doubles in 2025.
  14. Hamasholes
  15. There's still some good receivers available and the Lions could get good value.
