    I was actually thinking trading up from the Rams pick into the teens to draft someone like Corral instead of trading down. That's provided it's in the low 20's.

    Or it could be like when they drafted Suh over McCoy and both were pretty good but Suh may have been a little better.

    Man, 3rd down less than a minute no timeouts down two scores and McVay calls a run.

    SF and Minnesota are on their heels in the playoff chase. Loses to both could knock them out of the playoffs all together. The Rams would lose the tiebreaker with each team.

    I watched these last 3 Rams game and I can't remember a worse 3 game stretch outside of his rookie season. The Rams certainly don't have a playoff spot locked up yet. This could get ugly. They won 10 games and a playoff game with Goff last year. If they are one and done, is McVay on the hot seat?

    I feel like if he's the best pass rusher and worthy of the number 1 pick, you draft him and build your scheme around him.

    I mean, I didn't quote you or mention you but you knew the post was directed at you because you are the only one who brings it up every single game so you really shouldn't be talking about "typical posts" when you have more than your fair share.

    Just a handful of posts complaining about his clock management. The double timeout thing was bad but overall his clock management has been good.

    Sorry I can't get worked up over a football coach wearing a helmet to a meaningless offseason press conference where I have to mention it constantly every game as if it is relevant. If my typical posts bother you, you're free to ignore them and not respond.

    Right but the chart shows he's one of the best at not using unnecessary timeouts. I mean, it doesn't account for instances where timeouts should have been called that weren't but that's what fans are for. They're the best at knowing when to use timeouts.

    Actually he would have. What's getting overlooked is that the Bears went on an over 8 minute long drive to end the game. Maybe Stafford converts an extra 3rd down or two. Maybe the Lions score 21 points instead of 14 and Chicago now needs a TD and two point conversion. Interesting how the worst coaches in the league at using timeouts have better talent. Talents wins.

    The Lions were 0-8 without Stafford in 2019. They're 0-10-1 without him in 2021. Maybe that Stafford guy was better than some gave him credit for.

    Dan Campbell wore a helmet to a pre-season press conference. Clearly not qualified. They need a more serious coach who demands punctuality and makes sure everyone at the press conference sits up straight.

    23-17 Lions. Game goes into OT. Bears win coin toss and Nagy defers to take the wind forgetting he's indoors. Lions score and Bears never receive the ball in OT.
