I just don't have patience for the Campbell derangement syndrome. All these threads are is just ranting about the coaching staff. I liked the aggressive call to try to get another possession and points. It didn't work exactly how the Lions wanted it to work, but it did and stopping the clock to gain an extra possession and points before half is not some reckless strategy. At most it gave the Vikings one extra play, at worst it gave the Lions 3 points.

Going for a little throwback since the Lions came back to win.

He actually called multiple timeouts on the last drive.

I think it's pretty telling Goff ran straight to Campbell.

But don't they know they shouldn't call timeout and get extra possessions?

Stafford is a gun slinger who had weapons. Not sure I want Goff slinging it around with these receivers unless necessary.

Soon we won't see any coach take timeouts at the end of the half on defense to get the ball back and score. The right call is to let the other team just run out the clock.

The Lions could go for two and just kneel down.
