Realistically, I think there are plenty of winnable games even tough they likely won't be favored in any of them. Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Minnesota, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, and possibly Green Bay are all winnable games.
Week 7 against the Rams. Lions will lead 31-14 heading into the 4th quarter. Stafford will throw for over 100 yards and 2 TDs in the 4th quarter to make the game closer than what it really was, a 31-28 final.
How many people would just be emailing Washington with their grievances? There was a connection with Gruden since his brother was the coach there, but do other coaches or GMs just email Washington to complain?
I also hope their are emails from Quinn and/or Patricia.
Jacksonville has a potential future franchise QB, good draft picks, and lots of cap space that may all go to waste with Urban Meyer. I don't know what people see in him.
I think the Lions are better than Jacksonville but it's certainly possible the Lions could have the #1 pick. I think they will end up in the 2-4 range. If it's going to cost 2 1sts to move up one spot, I don't do it.
It's quite possible the Lions will have the #1 overall pick. If Philadelphia wants to throw a package like that at the Lions for Willis, I probably take it.
With Goff under contract, They do have the luxury of drafting Willis and sitting him for a year. I imagine after the first half of the first game, people will be calling for Willis to play.
