malaki starks at safety too.

damn you pittsburgh.

i want whomever brad holmes wants, but i wouldnt touch will johnson. 1) he might get hurt if someone touches him; 2) he's not that fast; and 3) he quit on his team.

jihaad campbell maybe? darius alexander? 🤔

if harmon and green are gone, trade back for a stupid team that wants to come up and draft a qb.

kmet is a very average tight end who is overrated by chicago media. let us not forget, much of the chicago media had the bears winning "at least 9" games the last TWO seasons. including their announcer saying "i dont see less than 11 wins on the schedule" two years ago. the bears are always overrated. they will be again this year.

that's horrific.

i thought draymond nudged him and he lost his balance. i dont think anyone was at fault there. just bad timing. however, draymond has been a real menace this series. he's unhinged and is going to hurt somebody. laimbeer was a whiny baby and way too physical sometimes, but everyone played that way in the 80s. draymond is a whole different kind of crazy.

and then datsyuk and zetterburg in the late late rounds years later. we should have known that was unsustainable. the hockey gods took their revenge with late stage kenny holland.

how about the 1989 draft? i miss when we had such a scouting advantage over every other team.

ummmm...marvin bagley? trading for the worst player in the nba in james wiseman? if they had hired charles lee or whomever weaver had wanted to hire they would have won 25 games instead of 14 or whatever god awful amount they finally did. the man ruined this franchise as much as tom gores did. do him and joe sit around and talk about all the crappy moves they made in detroit? "you think wiseman was bad? i had the most cap space in the league and signed charlie villaneuva and ben gordon!" "wait wait, you thought that was rough, i drafted killian hayes with a lottery pick!" "ummmm....darko over bosh, carmelo, and wade?" "ok, you win." "i dont know, man. you hired monty williams." "yeah, but you hired michael curry!"

that's a nice way of him skirting around writing the obvious: towns is a pussy. teams have been doing this off and on to towns for years. he has never - NEVER - tried to beat it by sitting his ass in the post and punishing the smaller guy. ever. last season's playoffs were the same thing. kat is one of the most talented guys in the league, but he's the soft big man. until he gets mad and decides to dominate, he'll never be a champ. reminds me of chris webber or early lebron. remember lebron against dallas in the finals when they put a 5'10 guard on him and he STILL wouldnt post him up? because he was a pussy, still deferring to dwyane wade. remember the next year when they played boston and lebron put 50 up in the garden? when he told wade to get the **** out his way? that's when lebron turned the corner. when kat parks his ass in the paint and tells brunson to get him the ****ing ball, we'll be in trouble. hopefully he never realizes just how good he can be. i'll take brunson beating me, but if kat figures it out, the knicks are going to be a much much much better team. i hope he stays a sleeping giant forever. or at least until the knicks trade him.

which is why you dont abandon it.

they already have one in seattle. abandoning a market like dallas has reprecussions too, especially in short term loss of revenue.

the lions cant afford trey hendrickson after this year. not unless you want to let hutch walk. and they cant afford micah parsons either. its much more likely they let jamo walk after next year and collect the comp pick. the lions arent going to be in the position to be handing out big free agent deals after next year. their roster is too talented to sign everyone. theyve entered the phase where they will be relying more and more on cheap talent through the draft because their roster is about to be very pricey. i'd be stunned if they re-signed jamo. they still have branch, laporta, kirby and hutch to extend. those guys all seem to embody lions "grit" more than jamo, who appears to be more trouble than he's worth. still better than drafting lewis cine...

i understand that, but from a league perspective you dont move a franchise from the 4th (soon to be 3rd) largest city in america to las vegas. i know what happened in seattle but the league acknowledges that was a mistake AND it had to do with arena issues. does dallas have arena issues? i dont think so. but to your point, if they DID want to sabotage the team, trading away your #1 asset for a pile of magic brow beans is a good way to do it.
