    jaylon johnson will not be a free agent. they will franchise him. sneed is unlikely to be either, but the chiefs have cap choices to make aince mahomes makes so much money. dont know about fuller. the usual rule is that really good players dont make it to free agency. usually, free agency is to build depth and fill holes, not to bring in difference makers.

    trade him for what? you'd have to retain 50% salary at a minimum. he isnt playing well, wjy would another team want him?

    i would argue that he's building the organization the only way you can without lottery luck: depth and youth.

    if they dont deal bogey for a first round pick im going to scream. he's got to warrant a first rounder with the way he's shooting.

    why do you want to trade kane? he's one of our best players. thryre trying to make the playoffs this year. unless they have a disastrous february like they had a disastrous december, i dont see them dealing kane or ghost. but im still holding out for our unicorn scenario where we trade them and then deal assets for stars! dare to dream! 84lives for GM! 🙂

    all of us with our galaxy brain ideas of trading ghost and kane and then trading FOR another star isnt going to happen. the world doesnt work like us working our trade machines on espn.

    again, all this talk about how a player isnt worth x, y, z forgets that this is the trade deadline and all the contenders will overpay for spare parts. the idea that youre going to get a good player for cheap or for marginal prospects is fools gold.
