i'm still mad we traded an average nba player for james wiseman. in fact, we traded kennard, bruce brown, and four second round picks for three years of saddiq bey and then james wiseman. oh, and super fan rodney magruder. -

that's why tp said all last year how awesome ben johnson was...right? -

i still have hope for him too. but to say he did well today is, like you say, a very very low bar. -
if they are looking for a michigan connection (or harbaugh connection) for the next head coach, you might want to look to jedd fisch in arizona.

you act like a team with one of the best offenses in football has a terrible offensive coordinator. youre being really silly about this. -

i feel like he should be more productive than josh reynolds and he's not. -

cade was terrible. was he tired tonight too? come on. youre in year three now. i get the team is injured and there isnt enough shooting, but are you a superstar or arent you? i hoped he could become luka-lite but that ship looks like it might have sailed. at this point he looks like a big point guard with an inconsistent shot and is a defensive liability. -

cade still playing like garbage. kevin knox keeping them in the game. stewart having a useless game turning the ball over. need 4th quarter cade to save them. -

imagine being tp and having to keep up this schtick that ben johnson isnt a great offensive play caller? it's a helluva commitment. -

wiseman checks into the game, immediately goes 0-2 on stupid one on one moves where he refuses to pass, then fumbles the ball out of bounds, gets worked in the paint by drummond of all people. fortunately the bulls bench sucks, sasser is playing well, and the pistons cut into the lead. wiseman might be my least favorite piston of all time. -

better offense so far in the 3rd, but they really miss duren on defense. bulls getting to the rim at will and stewart and bagley cant block anything. -

horrible first half from cade (2 pts and a -14), but theyre only down 5. if he can turn it around they have a shot. i'd like to see cade operate just once one on one without the entire other team collapsing on him. -

2014. they lost their next two. -
inject the clippers implosion right into my veins. i hope kwahi and george leave and they have zero draft picks from here to eternity. and they sign russ and harden to long term deals because its the only thing they can do.

Matt Shepard Out as Tigers PBP, Jason Benetti In.

sometimes benetti and stone got too much into their back and forth and it got annoying, but he's still a great broadcaster. great voice and a good sense of humor (even if he does go overboard at times). he actually made bill walton listenable (at times). he'll probably be better moved away from stone. not that there's anything wrong with stoney, he's great, but it seemed like they spent a lot of time trying to outclever each other and it took away from the broadcast. good to see the tigers be flexible with him and recognize an opportunity to get a good talent. the white sox - as usual - ran off a good young talent because reinsdorf didnt like him, pinched pennies, and personally attacked him at the negotiations. i wouldnt call the tigers a model organization by any means, but the sox are their own brand of stupid run by a guy who is really too old to be calling the shots anymore. -

levi and martin as inactive? no way. how many draft picks did we waste trading up for a guy who never plays? levi will be cut next year. oh well, they cant all be hits. -
josh dobbs will eventually turn back into josh dobbs.

i am interested to see if they match ausar on lavine full time tonight or split it with killian/cade. i hate to see cade guarding the other team's better offensive players. wastes his energy sibce he has to take all of the offense all by himself. they really need a win tonight, but i wouldnt be surprised if the bulls are looking for a little revenge after last time. if duren isnt healthy enough to go full speed i expect the bulls to win. its hard to see the pistons winning many games with this current lineup and half their team injured. -

i have no problem with them picking ausar. i think he's already a great defender and a smart player. you can see it when he cuts and when he passes. he is going to be a very good - maybe even great - nba defensive player. however, he cannot shoot at all. he makes killian look like a deadeye marksman. i think it will get better, but not appreciably better and that limits the type of player he can be. if he could do all that he does AND shoot, he would have been the #2 pick in the draft and be a generational player. as it is, he looks like he could be a generational defender. a shorter, weaker dennis rodman; or a scottie pippen type without the offense. nothing wrong with that for a ceiling. especially at #5. i think he's ultimately a winning player, but he'll always be a role player and a drag on the offense in a modern nba predicated on shooting.
