danielson would be a great replacement for rasmussen.
-
that waa a lucky win. i'll take it, but that was a goalie game.
-
he was put into a position he wasnt prepared to take. not his fault. warde manuel and jim harbaugh's fault. as g2 points out - not in these exact terms - the only thing jim harbaugh loves more than michigan football, is jim harbaugh.

one game wasnt the end of the world. two games isnt the dawn of a new era. patience. we'll see bow it looks in a couple months.

if they win out except for osu it will be looked at as improvement over last year, but i dont think that will happen. i think michigan will lose at least once before osu and then will lose big to osu. next year they need to be contenders or moore will be in trouble. i dont think it will matter because i dont think moore is good enough. he was a hire made quickly in a bad situation. and it shows now.

you'll get zion and like it!
-
so how do you get that scorer? and who could it be? they havent drafted one. ausar and holland arent those guys. you dont want booker (even if he were available) or markannen. then who?
-
asp's defense has been a pleasant surprise. we'll see how he looks when they go up against some heavy forechecking teams, but so far so good.
-
well i'll be damned. they fired franklin. im shocked.

no one cares about malik beasley.

wings dominated that game. i havent seen them dominate the leafs like that in a long time.
-
moore was not ready to be michigan's head coach. but the money cannon has brought him the #1 qb recruit and #1 rb recruit in back to back years. next year he'll have to show he can coach. this year is a rebuild.
-
remember when there were actual michigan state fans on this site?
-
havent seen anything.

These are public institutions owned by the taxpayers (except for usc and northwestern). i dont think they can easily sell off state assets like that, even if tony pettiti thinks he's clever by "creating a separate big ten entity" to fold it all into.

the idea that aljo had advanced to the point where he could anchor a pair was always fanciful thinking. edvinsson's back probably hurts from carrying him all season last year. this is why i was saying - hoping - thry could deal some of their forward depth for a defenseman. or why the buium injury hurt so bad just when he was playing well. how do you fit asp into this? he needs to be with a solid defensive defenseman and they have no one to take that role. its only one game. dont panic. but the early schedule is brutal. that was the one game on the early schedule they were likely favored to win.

you wait all summer for the season to start and john gibson gives you this.

from my time writing theses, they share libraries and other information like that.

kyle conor gets 8x12. sorry fellas, there will be no big free agents moving anywhere. yes, the wings have money, but so does 90% of the league.

the big ten schools better pray um and osu want them to come with them. the big schools DO need to play SOMEBODY. the super league might be the final cut between academics and football. the big ten shares a lot of academic information infrastructure with each other. would that be lost in this arrangement? what about other sports? lots of uncertainty. i still think it all points to another realignment coming soon, likely when the current tv deals are up. the logical ending would be big ten-sec like the afc-nfc. everyone else in the second tier. osu and um see what happened in the acc, with their tiered payments system. i was skeptical they would go for that in the big ten given its tradition, but i'm probably wrong about that.
