"Minter, who was Michigan’s defensive coordinator in 2022 and 2023, has been doing an excellent job as the defensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Chargers the last two years. Minter received a one-year show cause from the NCAA last year, but that expired on Dec. 15, 2025. However, Minter may want to see the season through with the Chargers, who are likely to make the playoffs. Further, Minter will likely be a candidate for head coaching jobs in the NFL this cycle and he may want to stick in the pros."

i dont see how warde isnt fired. he's 1-3 in big name coaching hires. juwan, dusty, and sherrone. does the hockey coach count? he's been good this year.

urban is not coming to michigan and they would never offer him. that said, if they DID offer him, i would not put it past that arrogant sob to take the job. is there a more narcissistic man after the spotlight than urban meyer?
