There is nothing to the conspiracy theories at all. It is unreasonable to think that Trump (who chickened out of possible combat) would ever take that chance. It seems to me that is was just another young gun nut who had no business possessing a gun, yet had easy access to his choice of 20 family guns.

Keith needs to hit a lot and there is a very good chance that he will. I don't think he is going to have any defensive value anywhere and I am not very concerned about where he ends up. If they have a good defender for second base who can hit adequately, then by all means move Keith to first. Otherwise, I don't think it matters.

There is no evidence that he has ever deliberately had people killed. If there were, rumors would be rampant. It is evident that he does not care about people getting killed, but I don't think there is evidence that he has ordered any murders.

What strikes me here is the quote "replace them with our people". These hypocrites always talk about wanting small government, but they really don't. They want THEIR people in there.

About a month ago. I thought it was 50/50. Right now, it certainly seems like Trump is the favorite and I don't think the problems surrounded Biden are going away. It's never over when you've got a loose cannon like Trump as one of the candidates, but I am not optimistic at the moment. I think it's more like 65/35 now.

It's not just luck in staying alive. He is lucky about everything - born into wealth, squanders it and then gets bailed out. , spends his whole life being an asshole and committing crimes, always gets bailed out, worst president ever, but wins because he was up against a terrible candidate, inherits the easiest presidency ever, tries to overturn an election and inspires a riot, gets bailed out...looks like he'll win another election against an even worse candidate.

I think when Christianity gets linked to politics, it loses a lot of spiritualism. In order for ones faith to be something special, I think it needs to be above politics.

In a political sense, he handled it perfectly. A trememdous photo op! Realistically, it would have better if he let the secret service take him off the stage more efficiently rather than pause so he could put on a show for his fans. I also don't like that he did the Nazi salute thing after the fist pump. I know conservatives will let tell me it's not really a Nazi salute, but he does it to be divisive.

Checking the sports conversations is healthy. Checking the political conversations not so much, but that goes for any political discussions, not just this site.

I agree it should be fully condemned. Even though it happened to a guy who inspired an event which injured 140 police officers and got away with thanks to getting bailed out by the Supreme Court, this kind of retaliation (if that's what it was) is not supposed to be the way we do things in the United States.
