yeah, the shingles vaccine was a tough one but I knew that going in. So, I didn't do anything that day.

I understand. The country is in an odd situation. A very large percentage of Americans (It was a majority earlier in the year) believe that Trump attempted a coup against the United States. They might not call it a coup, because "that can't happen here", but they know that he attacked democracy. But, he still won the election easily which is the most important thing in a democracy. It's impossible for me to support him in any way, but Americans have decided that he's OK. Everything is so broken.

Right, I was just amused that Sanders and Trump are suggesting the same thing. My suggestion that Trump wants to help anyone was not serious. They also both like tarrifs.

I also think it's good in theory, even though I am very much against running up any credit card debt. The Republican Congress will never go for it.

He does have an unhealthy alliance with Putin, but there are conservatives in this country that are driving him as well. There are multiple forces which are using him as a conduit.

My feeling is that he is not deliberately trying to harm the country. He doesn't give a **** about the country. He only cares about himself.

I'd be wary of Bohm. He is not a good fielder and has had one year (2024) with more than 1 WAR. In that one year, he didn't hit in the second half.

There is no immediate crisis now, just the potential of some really bad stuff down the road. I am not quite as alarmed as some here are, but I think there is real chance for slow erosion of democracy and freedoms. That's not the tangible thing that will make non-voters vote though. What it will take for the Democrats to get back in control is bad economy during Trump's presidency and a candidate that people can get behind. You can't predict that far ahead.
