this week, the House has been in session 6 minutes Monday to recite Pledge of Allegiance, and for about 2 hours each on Tuesday and Wednesday; they are supposed to gavel in at noon, but I think they are not going to do anything other than recite POA. This is exactly what MAGA wants the government to do - nothing.

the Dec 10th game in Chicago will be a home game for the Lions; it won't just be a significant percentage (30-40%), but the majority of the fans 60%+ will be Lions fans. -

Valid concern because he could be Speaker if GQP retains majority after 2024 election, but I think the 119th Congress starts Jan 3rd, 2025, and then 3 days later Kamala Harris picks our new president for us.
