  1. Brad and Dan know what they got more than we do. But no WR? I would have bet almost any amount of money that in this draft, DEEEEPPPPPP in WR, they would have picked one. And I don't know what Brenden Rice did, and I don't want to know.
  2. 164 and 201 went to Philly; they just have 205, and 210, and 249
  3. 6-8, 350 lbs Canadian OT SUMMARY: Werner “Giovanni” Manu was born in Tonga before moving to Canada at age 11. He was a natural at basketball, then started playing football when he attended Pitt Meadows Secondary in 2013. Between his freshman and sophomore years in high school, he grew five inches and put on almost 80 pounds. He continued to play basketball (averaged more than 30 points per game as a senior) but was recruited for football. He enrolled at the University of British Columbia and earned the starting left tackle job as a freshman. He was a four-year starter for the Thunderbirds, also seeing time at guard. His unpolished tendencies are easy to spot on tape — he plays too narrow and off balance in the run game with late hands in pass pro. But he moves really well for his size, espec ially out in space, and punishes anyone in his way. Overall, Manu isn’t NFL ready, but he is a highly intriguing developmental tackle with rare athletic tools that might get him drafted. Manu is a raw offensive tackle prospect with rare size, long arms and good quickness for his size. He didn't play against a high level of competition at the college level, but he is a powerful run blocker who overwhelms defenders on tape. He flashes a strong punch, and his wide frame makes it tough to get around him when he is in pass protection. -- Steve Muench

  5. everybody is guessing; no one knows; right now, BH does not even know
  6. USA Today A Yahoo SPorts A- Atletic A CBS B NFL.com B+ NYPost A PFF Very Good Walter Football - Trade A; Pick A+
  7. feels like solid player will be there if BH stays at 61 also feels like BH would move up to grab a guy he sees as an impact talent and it also feels like he could trade down as next pick at 164 whatever he does, fine by me!
  8. Athletic: For Detroit, this fills an obvious need and it comes in the form of a perfect fit for Detroit’s culture. Arnold is a confident corner who plays with swag, he loves to work, he loves tough coaching and he loves to win. Arnold also gets to reunite with Brian Branch in a new-look Detroit secondary. Another great value pick. Grade: A CBS Prisco 24. Lions: Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama Grade: B The Lions needed some corner help, so it makes sense to make a move to get one. Arnold gives them another Alabama secondary player to go with Brian Branch, another player with versatility.
  9. SI: Among the teams exploring a trade up are the Detroit Lions, who are sitting at 29. After two consecutive years of multiple first-round picks (which brought them Aidan Hutchinson, Jameson Williams, Jahmyr Gibbs and Jack Campbell), the Lions are likely looking for an edge opposite Hutchinson, or perhaps another corner.
  10. I could be wrong, but one minor complaint is that I think BH has been slow playing these extensions for some reason. months ago he could have "set the WR market" at a lower number than 30M. same is true for Goff, who is going to get 50M per.
  11. Biden is about to sign Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and TikTok bill in a few minutes. Senate passed 80-19. Another bipartisan win for Biden.

  13. Wednesday's are for motion practice, with no jury; so they can send him off to holding in the basement for the morning; and bring him out in handcuffs at lunch, and the judge can ask him if he is still feeling frisky
  14. for some reason, Brad is trending on twitter. not sure why. I love a really crazy mock draft. A few nuggets out there: yahoo sports has BH taking DT Michael Hall in R1 PFF has BH taking 2 late RBs CBS has BH passing on R1 to pick up first picks in Day 2 and 3 from Carolina (not crazy at all)
  15. Newton had a broken foot at some point last year and kept playing - had it surgically fixed - not sure if you downgrade him for injury, or upgrade him for toughness and see his very good-not-great numbers and dream what could have been if healthy all season. no idea if he fits what they want at DT, but talent-wise he seems to be worth 29th pick
  16. Bannon was sentenced to 4 months in jail 18 MONTHS ago. Get his ass to jail.
  17. if Jews just stay in the Jewish areas, there won't be a problem
  18. the utter stupidity of these protests is shocking. I know college kids have a reputation for being the dumbest smart people around, but this is nuts. while they were harassing Jewish students and praising Hamas martyrs, the House passed $17B in aid for Israel's defense. LOL! US send less than 2% of that to Gaza for humanitarian aid (aid which I will point out Trump suspended). Maybe focus your energy on that? to state the obvious, this is all performative; there is nothing substantive here; pitching a tent on a quad will change nothing, but attacking Jewish students completely undercuts whatever legit argument you may have had about the plight of Palestinians.
  19. these things change quickly, but Marge might be getting the Madison Cawthorn treatment soon
