  1. You should have dignified your answer with a fact.
  2. My best concert was Tool the Sunday after 9/11/2001. It was really intense. There were others that I really liked, such as Bruce Hornsby and the Range, who played for $2.99 per ticket at the Palace in the late 80's, and Steely Dan in the 90's at the Palace. I also liked Poco, who played a free concert in downtown Mt.Clemens in the late 90's I think.
  3. Oops, he's out at least four games, so they will need Williams to play there.
  4. Marco Kasper Hockey Stats and Profile at hockeydb.com Nate Danielson Hockey Stats and Profile at hockeydb.com Danielson had more points last year than Kasper did at Grand Rapids.
  5. Tate has signed, so we can close this thread. Just kidding, of course.
  6. He'll play a lot, but I think Onwuzirike will start, if healthy.
  7. My list of the Tigers top prospects, not including draft: 1. Max Clark, OF 2. Kevin McGonigle, 2b/SS 3. Bryce Rainer, SS 4. Troy Melton, SP 5. Thayron Liranzo, C 6. Josue Briceno, 1b 7. Chris Rodriguez, OF 8. Jake Miller, SP 9. Franyerber Montilla, SS 10. Max Anderson, 2b 11. Hao Yu Lee, 2b/3b
  8. I stayed at the Rio when I got married in '94. Looks the same.
  9. You can't predict what the Tigers will do on draft day, especially since Harris has taken over. They have their own board.
  10. They don't need SP at all. In the playoffs, teams usually shorten to a four man rotation. The Tigers can cover two spots in the bullpen internally. They need one or two top notch relievers. I don't think they need to add to the lineup, since they don't have anyone to take away from.
  11. I like Wood, but he's got shoulder issues. That's a nogo for me.
  12. I don't know how you qualify a term like reach in a baseball draft. There's more to it, like fitting bonuses in. It's not like football, when every spot is all about talent. There's more involved in a baseball draft.
  13. According to BA, Yost will be a tough sign, his brother already plays for Florida. I'm sure the Tigers know they can sign him.
  14. My point would be that Clark has at least plus speed, and would score more runs if he lead off games with a walk/steal to be on 2nd with nobody out. He is great at getting on first base, and should be a high percentage stealer. Maybe the Tigers will let him steal more when he's on the ML team.
  15. I don't see the point of having so many lefty hitters, especially when the rest of the division is loading up on lefty arms.
  16. Someone had said that Clark's speed was down a tick, and with 12 sbs, I believed that. But he showed his speed off during the futures game, and my only guess is that the Tigers want to curb the stealing to keep him healthy. Dude can fly. Briceno was really impressive with a line drive line out, and the triple to right center. I think Briceno can really hit.
  17. They got good, and signed Cade. They can still sign their own players next year.
  18. And to be a sign and trade it has to be 3 years.
  19. This is six months old...
  20. It also depends on the contract. Can't give up too much for a rental.
  21. I think some guys are underrated because they don't play a premium position, or all they do is hit. Gimme hitters, please!
  22. Hot take: I think the Tigers prospects are better than the players they could be traded for. I'm talking about Melton and Anderson, right off the bat. Melton would be a huge get for the bullpen, or in the rotation.
  23. ESPN threw out TJ Oshie comps on Bear.
  24. I think Bear was a need pick. The Wings needed a LW with scoring, so he was the pick. They have depth with defensemen.
