Seattle and Milwaukee are rolling right now..everyone other good team is mid. Aside from the Rockies, the bad teams aren't terrible. It creates frustration among a lot of contending fanbases. We are like the Cubs, Guards, Astros, Dodgers, Padres, etc.

Strikeouts and walks IMO...we K too much and don't walk. Our pitching doesn't miss bats.

This is the grind part of the season...everyone is tired and the bad teams have more energy because they have no downside. The Tigers have stakes and are probably tightening up.

I'm looking at the walk rate. They aren't getting on base enough and are striking out too. Last 30 days they are last in mlb in walk rate.

I know Boras would never allow him to sign..but maybe you offer him a deal that pays him even if there is a lockout?

They need a functional Parker Meadows back..even just for the defense.

Guessing they need 88 wins to take the division. As I see it, they're a little better than last year but not much. And they aren't a 'win the division by 10 games' kind of team. Most of MLB is just a decent teams and they are in that mix. The core offensive players have to produce, the starting pitching has be good,and they can't lose on defense and stupidity.

Well you can't fix the entire pitching staff being bad...so Harris was probably right lol.
