Look at that Toledo lineup...plenty of guys who can come up for a few weeks to fill in gaps. We just can't have debilitating injuries to our core guys.

Wenceel Perez recalled off rehab..Matt Vierling placed on IL with shoulder inflammation...damn.

That's the mandate..his rehab has to be done by Sunday. But he can be called up anytime before then.

Vierling should be ready to go...not sure on Gleyber yet but they have options for him heading to the IL.

Bullpen is 29th in whiff rate...that's a problem.

TBD...he has a 1.5% walk rate and a .382 BABIP. I need to see if the hitting is sustainable when he makes less contact. And he will be much better sharing time with Jake Rogers...plus we underestimate Jake's leadership and experience with the pitching staff.
