apparently...not enough. I've never worked for a corporation that didn't require proof of understanding re policies that can result in suspension or termination. They usually require a signature on a document attesting to a complete understanding of the process and the disciplinary process should an employee violate them

I like that helmet!! How do you institute a set of rules that could potentially alter a person's career trajectory and not do everything in your power to explain those rules? And how would the players know to read those rules if they don't know they exist in the first place?

You can win without a C who can hit like Teel's ceiling..a lot if teams do. It's harder to win without a power hitting OF. Take Langford if he's there.

Duran doesn't seem to have the skills offensively to become that guy...I don't think a solid D and rebounding center has enough value to be considered a top 10 player

I think Larkin is a good enough 1C to win...if they draft a guy like Danielson (who I hope they draft), I would not be surprised to see him eventually be the 1C. We have an immediate and future need for a 2nd pair RHD. Be great to get Karlsson without surrendering significant draft capital and getting some $$$ retained by SJ while drafting a RHD like Bonk at 17. If no Karlsson..there's a number of RHD stop gaps available We need more scoring up front...getting DeBrincat (the Chicago version) would be a huge help. Copp, Perron and Kubalik are OK...but they aren't the kind of dynamic threats we need. Raymond should give them more... he needs a bounce back year. Give me the three D's...Danielson, DeBrincat and Pierre Dubois and we're looking good at F. I would give up a lot if Winnipeg is open to moving on from DuBois

If drafting Lively=moving on from Wiseman and/or Bagley...ok by me.

Langford and Crews are both seen as 1-1 candidates over the past few seasons from what I've gathered. It seems like Crews is rated as the bette roverall hitter and could play CF. While Langford looks to have more power but would be a corner OF.
