This was Yankee Stadium at 3pm- no filter. Air quality numbers in NJ, where I work, at 5pm was 347. That’s no joke. Eyes tearing, couldn’t breathe, couldn’t see past 10 feet ahead of you. Fires 450 miles away.

Other than “It’s a Wonderful Life”, which I see almost annually on a big screen, at this very old time movie theater with the same group of friends (we’ve done it for more than 10 years, interrupted by Covid), I don’t watch Christmas movies. I like Christmas music. Don’t like the movies.

Today, My local Italian deli had their grilled vegetables* & fresh mozzarella (w/ balsamic glaze & EVOO & herbs) on crusty rolls available. It’s often a hit or miss if they’re making them on any particular day. (*grilled vegetables- eggplant, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers) Had half for lunch, I’ll have the other half for dinner when I get home for work tonight. This made me crazy happy. (Is that embarrassing? Maybe a little) 😂

Won’t stop them from continuing to say it though , will it? No.. it will not.

I just finished watching the two seasons of “Mindhunter” on Netflix. i’m pretty annoyed with Netflix not picking up that show for a third series because they said it was too expensive, according to the producer of the show. I really wish they had made more seasons of the show, it’s that good, imo. Bummed. Anything similar any of you can suggest for my next watch? I have Netflix, Amazon, prime and Hulu.
