Yankees announcers didn't even try to figure out who was in the field for Detroit. An 8th inning fly ball was caught by "Centerfielder." Cool name...😅

It's why games should be free. I went to ST in 2012 and bought tickets to a week of games. Leyland had all minor league players from the 7th inning on. A late inning loss meant nothing but I felt ripped off.

His only con that didn't go bankrupt (so far) is the U.S. government. I mean, how do you bankrupt multiple casinos? And I still say his casinos were a money laundering scheme. Russian and/or mob money? That wouldn't surprise me, it's not like he's an upstanding citizen. He's a convicted felon.

These announcers are spending multiple innings making excuses for their LF who can't judge a routine flyball. The sun, the wind or maybe the CF calling him off? Maybe he is just a terrible fielder?
