Agreed. And our hitting has lost a few games when we got good pitching but again, small sample size. Our lack of power is somewhat concerning, it reminds me of our start in 2024, when the whole team seemed to start the season in a slump. But I would take another finish like that season, when we came back like gangbusters.

I didn't mean in the first couple of weeks in 2026. Use 2025 stats until the sample size is a bit bigger this year. We have some quality arms, both SP and in the BP. Our top 3 SP should be really good this summer, Valdez, Skubal and Mize. Jack and whomever is our #5 SP may be a weakness but just score 10 runs in those games...😅😅

When Perez came back from injury last year (or 2024?), he seemed to give our offense a boost. Maybe just a coincidence but, whatever, it's a necessary change with the injury to Meadows. Watch us score 10 runs tonight...lol As for our pitching staff? Its still near top of the league. Boston's staff was supposed to be better and they're also struggling out of the gate. I still like our staff, the SP and the BP. We'll get it together, sooner rather than later...

Agreed. And when Trump calls out media folks as "fake news", it's mostly because they tell the truth about the crap he's trying to get away with. Like him declaring the Russian election interference "the Russian Hoax" and that he was totally exonerated? It was the opposite. It said he couldn't be cleared. And couldn't be brought up on charges since he was POTUS. The same with the Epstein files. There's no documents clearing anyone but once some of the files were released, he declared they showed he wasn't involved. Even though he was mentioned 1000s of times in the files. And anyone reporting actual facts were/are "fake news." A couple of expressions fit...repeat a lie over and over and it becomes a truth. And..you can fool all of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time.

But it's good to look back and show the younger generation the aggressive way the game used to be played;

7 games for a position player is much worse than 7 days for a starting pitcher. That's 7 games he'll miss...about the same as a SP getting 35 games. He would miss around 7 starts.

So you say somebody on the left has to use his real name and be approved to speak for you to be considered "on the left?" I dont let anyone speak for me, ever. They may express their opinion and it may or may not align with my opinion. Most of the time, if I disagree, I'll just keep scrolling. If it's something I agree with, I'll give it a like and repost it. That doesnt mean they speak for me, just that our opinions or beliefs line up. But whatever, I dont like lies from any one, on either side. And to be honest, I have reposted things that turned out to be lies but not intentionally. I just got fooled into believing a lie.

I dont see most of the MAGA misinformation posts. It must be the algorithm since I've blocked so many of the liars. And TBH, I'm seeing less of the left lies because of blocking so many of the total liars. So when I show you one from a small account, it's just one that got thru to my feed. Like I've said, I mostly see music, sports and animals. And thats fine, I dont need lies to make me dislike (hate) MAGA more that I already do.
