Say whatever you want when comparing Jason and whoever compared to Rod and Mario but it's a fact that when Rod and Mario were doing the games, you didn't have to watch to know what was going on. Many times, I'm doing something around the house and I have no idea what's happening without stopping and looking at the screen. With these guys in the booth now, the game comes second to whatever nonsense they're babbling about. A pitcher is pitching the ball and the announcers are busy talking to Danilla about some greasy hamburger she's stuff her face with. Who cares?? Fans are not watching the game to giggle like a 3 year old, it's serious business with a game going on. Go national, Jason. Bring DD into the TV booth and actually talk about the game that's going on. <rant over>

It's out there. Most are no longer on my feed after blocking many of them...I'll link some of the lies when I come across them for you to see. I'm not sure how influential they are to other people, I usually don't believe many of the things they say without looking it up and seeing collaboration. And yes, the outrageous rightwing lies are much worse (space lasers...controlling the weather) but I stand by my statement that Twitter has many false tweets from the left that are just looking to build outrage.

I was calling out the obvious lies for a while but just gave up and just block the nonsense. Looking at my timeline, it's mostly music, sports and cats...lol. I like it better this way.

All kinda of lies. I have been blocking most of the bigger accounts that post "misinformation" for several weeks now. Everything from fake Executive Orders to lies about Trump giving fake orders to his administration. Obvious lies just to rile people up. Like...do we really need more reasons to dislike the guy?

I get all those channels except Peacock. If need be, I'll sign up for a month or 2. But yeah, streaming has gotten totally outta hand.

Its early but these games are just as important as games in September. If we're even in it by then. Its time for some sort of shakeup. Hinch needs to go off on these guys...let them know this is totally unacceptable. Throw a chair, break a table. Show some urgency!

Yeah, I've read something about Canadian crude that has to be refined by American refineries but it went over my head. So America won't "run out" of oil? Many of the posts on Twitter are misinformation (lies) so I stopped believing many of them long ago. Sometimes they still fool me but that's my fault. And anything Trump says is a lie until proven true. No more fact checking....just assume he's lying. Mostly everything he says is a lie....

I didn't save it but a guy on Twitter, who claims to be an oil expert, claims the shortage by the blockage of the Straight of Hormuz hasnt even hit American refineries yet. And when it does, oil won't only be double in price but also unavailable. A serious shortage. My unanswered question is... According to Trump, we don't need any oil from there. And if that was true, why did the price spike? And then I remember Trump is a pathological liar...and there's my answer.
