    Hinch is smart, giving our LH hitting rookie a day off against a LH pitcher. Rookies usually wear down during their first full season, it's more games they've ever played.

    I would bet Skubal will make it back much quicker than anybody can guess. Weeks...not months. That's my mindset...not going out on a ledge.

    Unless there's a miracle comeback, its gonna be Cleveland at Detroit. Toronto was playing them close until the 3rd, when it seemed like they kept taking, and missing, 3 pointers.

    That play where McGonigle went to 2nd base (and ended up scoring) on that throw to 3rd base was a heads up, veteran type-like play. He plays way above his experience and age. Amazing.

    Hinch really is a master of pitching chaos. He had to really work tonighy but his strategy is usually a huge plus. He, and the pitchers he's used tonight, have done a great job.

    The Knicks do because of their experience. But I think Detroit wants them....payback!!

    The NBA playoffs are baby steps. Advance every season, a little further. Until a team has the experiences, coaching and players to win a championship. Are the Pustons there yet? No, not quite. Still some experiences and a player or two away. But having a team that competes deep into a season and into the playoffs makes a basketball season fun for all the Detroit fans. Just pure joy...

    Blowing a 24 point lead when up 3 games to 2...at home? Blowing a 3-1 lead over a #1 seed? I may be really anger but I would also be SO despondent. Quite grouchy for a couple of weeks...or longer.
