Tigers with a big lead late will ease the worries. I have a strange confident feeling. If we can't win with the best pitcher in baseball on the mound, we don't deserve it. Skubal will shut them down but who is gonna pitch against Toronto? I was really hoping we wouldn't even have to play a 5th ALDS game.

Oh, I agreed then and I agree now. But with legal gambling, a lot of people will call it all fixed. Against all logic, it just proves that many people aren't that bright. Or that many people are that cynical.

The last 2 games they played really weren't very impressive. I have no doubt the Lions could beat the Philly team I've seen the last 2 weeks.

The Seattle crowd is even harder on their home team that the Comerica park crowd is on the Tigers. I mean, their victory against us in game 2 was their first home playoff win in 24 years!! I'm not even sure when their last playoff series win was. The Tigers can totally take the crowd out of it with a couple/few early inning runs.

But he beat Green Bay as a Cleveland Brown. He's starting for Cincinnati against....Green Bay. 😅😅

I was watching a game, back in the 70's, when my dad walked into the room. He said "Why are you watching that, they already know who's going to win. It's all fixed." I just told him he was crazy...but if he were still around to see all of this legal gambling? Wow, there would be no convincing him that it isn't all rigged. He looked at all of sports like we look at big time wrestling. Entertaining but all fake.

It's funny how the names of a stadium can change but old timers don't change. My late father always called Tiger Stadium....Briggs Stadium. He grew up a mile away from Briggs Stadium and in his mind...it was always Briggs Stadium, not Tiger Stadium. Any time I corrected him, he would just smile and say "yeah, OK" So to us new generation of old timers, it'll always be Comerica Park. Go ahead, rename it and correct us when we call it Comerica. Yeah, OK. 😆
