There goes the shutout.

So the Lions shut out Houston in the 2nd half last week. I hope to see our defense continue the shutout streak. But it should be a blowout, a Dan Campbell team shouldn't have a let down. I say Lions 34 Jags 10.

The Z sack in his first defensive series is the biggest question, IMO. If the Jags go 3 and out, he may only have one down to get it.

That 2nd shingles vaccine kicked my butt. I was sick for a week. But that was several years ago. In 2023, I got my covid and flu shot at the same time. Again, problems for several days. High fevers and horrible dizziness. So this year, I seperated them. I got the flu shot first, with no problems. Then the covid booster. And a fever and feeling horrible for a few days. But at least I know which vaccine was the problem. Yes, having this reaction is better than getting a severe covid or shingles case but it was still very unpleasant.

The US military doesn't have to follow illegal orders. They take an oath to the constitution, not an individual.

There's another side to this that many people really don't understand. Many of these people, whether legal or not, pay into social security and aren't eligible to ever collect. Throwing them out of the country will bankrupt social security very quickly. And...many of them also pay local taxes that keeps cities solvent. I really hope Donald's talk of rounding them up and deporting them is just more of his lies. People <think> inflation was/is bad while America recovered from Trumps pandemic? They haven't seen what his policies will do, the damage to our country is unimaginable. Between the tariffs and deporting workers, his plans will destroy our economy.

Next up...seniors who were told no more taxes on their social security. Then we'll have waitresses who rely on tips to make (almost) a living wage. Keep paying those taxes, suckers, billionaires need new yachts.

A team that beats your favorite team so badly that it's not even competitive. The Lions are well on their way to being disliked by America. Another season or 2 of winning.

1st throw of the game was a worm killer. I kept waiting to hear if it was tipped but the announcers were too busy introducing the players to actually announce the game. Get rid of those in-game intros and do it before the kickoff. Cut off the commercials 30 seconds early...

If the Lions keep on beating teams so soundly, the country may start not liking us so much. Kinda....who likes a bully? 🤣🤣

Washington looks like a team on the upswing, but Philly is the biggest threat in the East.

The pick that bothered me the most was the deep ball he threw when he had Gibbs in the flat, wide open and nobody near him for 10 or 20 yards or so. That easily could have been a TD. Horrible Goff decision, 100% on him.

And they can't wrap their head around why killing off a massive amount of chickens because of the bird flu would cause the price of eggs to skyrocket. These facts give them headaches, too much mathing...lol

Not just that but his last pick was at the Houston 2 yard line. Our defense held them, they punted and we got the ball back at around midfield. And then we scored a TD. So that pick was like a great punt.
