If they stay healthy, they may be a better team with a worse record. If their defense stays mostly healthy, I see them as a top 5 NFL defense. Even if the offense struggles a little bit, they still be an elite team. 13-4? 12-5? Either way, a playoff team that nobody wants to play. Especially at Ford Field. This may be the season we go all the way, but we're the hunted and not the hunter. Teams no longer circle us as an easy win. It's more like...."We gotta play Detroit." instead of "We get to play Detroit."

Bringing the infield in like that is a desperate move that says you may not be able to score any (more) runs. It very often leads to big innings.

I felt the same way the last two nights but this Tiger team is special. Lugo has given up 15 earned runs in his last 14 innings. The Tigers better BP arms may get a day off, that's my biggest worry. But...just score 10 runs and everything will be fine. 😅😅
