  1. Yes. I would not want to face them right now. Detroit will need it's bullpen and at least a couple more starters to help alongside Skubal, or it may be a moot point
  2. Speaking of Skubal, he is fortunate that grand slam didn't count as ER. Crochet is very close to him now in the CY chase.
  3. Red Sox release Walker Buehler. Back to LAD? Might Harris see if Det can get him on track? His whip has been 1.500+ post TJ. I do think someone will give him a shot
  4. Kyle Schwarber with 4 HR 9 RBI night!
  5. Well the KC series better bring better Babip. That was my alliteration for the month
  6. Say goodnight Gracie
  7. He's got about 5 more starts to get back on track. He's throwing batting practice lately
  8. I was on day 97 of not thinking about that!
  9. Watch Mize go from all-star to missing the playoff roster again
  10. Harris and Greenberg said nobody is jumping levels. So unless you think they're lying, it ain't happening until mid 2026 at the earliest
  11. Cobb rehab shut down for now. Tick tock, tick tock Clarice.......
  12. Mize has been in a slump. The Tigers need his 'A' stuff tonight
  13. Would you trade Ranier for Byron Buxton this off season? I know he is often injured. I believe he has 3 years at 11 mil per remaining. He is 32. Minn might consider it since they are in rebuild mode. I've lived in Minneapolis 25 years now, and he is probably my favorite non Tiger. He's just hurt so much.
  14. Toronto lost. Oakland might have a better offense than Detroit. Better record since the all-star game. Melton looked strong again. I see him with a significant role in the post season
  15. He is Seabiscuit 2.0. More patience grasshopper
  16. FYI Raleigh hit # 50
  17. Ginn a sinker is nasty. He's pitched Greene very well
  18. So far in Erie, both McGonigle and Clark are 30-109 (.275). McGonigle has 7 HR and 4 SB. Clark has 5 HR and 7 SB. I would think Harris would give them both a taste of AAA in September, but won't be surprised if he doesn't
  19. Whenever I see the name Wacha I think of pacman. Wacha-wacha-wacha-wacha-wacha-wacha................takes me back to arcades and atari
  20. I think Morton will play a valuable role in the post season. I think the same for Melton. This years Brieske
  21. Hope the ump who works the plate tomorrow has better vision
