  3. Maybe your eyesight is ambidextrous?
  4. Outscored 34-13 in the last 3 games. Wouldn't want to go into the break riding a 4-game losing streak. Leave the bad streaks to Ray Stevens. Tomorrow is an important game
  5. 3 straight losses, outscored 34-13. Tomorrow is a big game.
  6. I watched the Tigers instead, but will check out the Pistons on Sunday. Really nice to see how well Holland played. He could have a much bigger role next season
  7. I agree. Seattle is a talented team, and Castillo is a very good pitcher. Even Parker misplaced a ball. Flush the turd and move on
  8. Cubs lost 11-0 today. No new concerns imho. The Tigers need bullpen help. Starter would be helpful. Another bat would be welcomed.
  9. Corn-laden poop. Flush this and move on
  10. SI is reporting it Tigers Earn Another All-Star Selection in Resurgent Star Pitcher Casey Mize https://share.google/MTIej5OJWQlVeTpIz
  11. Ramirez has 5/10 so he could veto any trade. He took much less money to stay in Cleveland so I don't see him leaving. But I agree, I'd love to have him in Detroit
  12. Posting a plug for an ESPN e60 documentary on Jim Abbott and his no-hitter, called "Southpaw" that airs this Sunday at 9pm ET. From the trailer it looks inspirational. New ESPN E60 Chronicles Jim Abbott, Yankees Pitcher Who Was Born Without a Right Hand and Threw Historic No-Hitter - ESPN Press Room U.S. https://share.google/jOmywxVJ018OVuqL5
  13. But the trade proposed 2 top 10, plus Jobe and other pieces. This trade would greatly Trump what Det gave up for Miggy and Dontelle
  14. Dang it! I had that memory 97% repressed......and now I'm back to 0%!! And it brings back big papi's slam and bird steals the ball.
  15. I was living in Seattle when he was drafted. It was a very big deal there
  16. Detroit's central lead has dwindled to 13
  17. He has a special place in my memory. He pitched at my first Tigers game in 1972. He had a multi year window with electric stuff. I have a gazillion of his baseball cards because of that first game. Sad to hear of his passing. Joe Coleman, No. 3 pick in first MLB draft and 1972 AL All-Star, dies - ESPN https://share.google/dUTFW6goR5J7Cjr8Q
  18. I watched the last few innings of the Dodgers loss. What a beautiful thing!
  19. Salma Hayek is my generation's Raquel Welsh
  20. Yeah, makes no sense to me either. Riley is also an excellent outfielder. Reminds me of the years Miggy was historic yet Zobrist had a higher war.
  21. Through 5 at 75 pitches. Might get 6+ today from Flaherty.
  22. Haven't seen Carlos in a couple weeks
  23. Steve Stone tells Harry Caray stories about that. Caray would be going on and on about budweiser, while you could hear the catchers mitt pop pitch after pitch, with no commentary.
  24. In 42 career starts, Skenes' era is 1.95. I'd give up a lot for him, but not what Pitt would require. He'll be a FA entering his age 28 season. The thought of Skubal and Skenes compares to RJohnson and Schilling imho. Would be scary good.
