He just says what will get a favorable reaction from his cult. I don’t believe that means we should give him a pass on stuff he says, oh, he’s just Trumping, ha ha ha, just ignore him. No. He should be held accountable for everything he says, if not to his cult, then to anyone else who voted for him this time around, or even seriously considered doing so. Don’t let him off the hook. He’s supposed to be the goddamn leader of the free world. Hold him to that standard. Quote

She has always been a con woman who craves attention and money. Birds of a feather. Right. She’ll come sprinting back to him after he crushes her on his social platform and she experiences a drop in revenue and gets a bazillion death threats, which, bonus, half of them will be lynch threats, because tradition from when America was great. LOL, I think they should put him in an orange jump suit and fly him to El Salvador! But, we should stop worrying about his stupid distractions and concentrate on his real trangressions. You are going to be arrested by the Anti-Christian bias commission! At one time, “goddamn” and “Hell” were one-two on the cussing Hit Parade, basically when my parents were kids and before that. When I was a kid, one-two was the f-word and the scat-word. These days, I would guess one-two are the n-bomb and the c-word, and nowadays, when people refer to the f-word, they frequently mean something else. As for what you wrote, as true as it is on its face, stripping out the knowledge of who wrote it, it does read like it does give him a pass for the lies he tells or outlandish things he promises, as though they are inconsequential and/or he doesn’t really know what he’s even saying, and mean nothing. Read it in someone else’s voice and you might get a feel for what I mean. 1 Quote

What happens to his voters politically? Do they sour on the political system and stop voting? Will they be up for a new hero? What I don't think will happen is they start voting D. The best I think we can hope for is the 1st: Any Dem hope of recovering to a majority will be in MAGA burnout and a smaller electorate. Edited Monday at 12:43 AM by gehringer_2 Quote

romad1 Posted Monday at 10:41 AM Posted Monday at 10:41 AM (edited) Don Jr. will not be throwing any stones here. Sadly, the accusations are about Kasper (former Chief of Staff) who was fired as part of a "normal" reassignment a week or so ago. [ROMAD embellishment] "Hegseth's excellent leadership is totally rad" ...and the Pentagon spokesman pointed to the magic month of August 1984 .. when "...all kinds of bitching movies were released and everyone one in the decision-making process, as well as in front of and behind the camera was sky high on yeyo, i mean how else does the movie 'Buckaroo Banzai' get made?" https://www.boxofficemojo.com/month/august/1984/ Edited Monday at 10:42 AM by romad1 Quote
