Sports_Freak Posted Wednesday at 02:58 AM Posted Wednesday at 02:58 AM Patience. This Tiger team is a very good ballclub. 1 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Wednesday at 03:02 AM Posted Wednesday at 03:02 AM Am I reading this right? Jobe hasn't pitched since the 18th? Quote

IdahoBert Posted Wednesday at 04:31 AM Posted Wednesday at 04:31 AM Tomorrow’s game truly is a MUST WIN. 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted Wednesday at 04:38 AM Posted Wednesday at 04:38 AM The guy pitching tomorrow’s game AJ Blubaugh has just been called up from the PCL and “the Tigers have never seen his stuff.“ Let’s hope the past doesn’t repeat itself. Quote
oblong Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM the best teams still lose 3 times a week Quote
kdog Posted Wednesday at 12:55 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:55 PM (edited) We need Jake back as soon as possible...Dingler probably need a guy who can time share the position vs playing every day. The rest of the lineup struggles are baked in to an extent. We just need to ride the wave and figure out if guys need to be replaced...but there are no great options. Colt Keith is going to get optioned soon unless he has a dramatic turnaround. Edited Wednesday at 01:22 PM by kdog Quote

Colt Keith is going to get optioned soon unless he has a dramatic turnaround. Keith did hit one well last night but was BaBIP'd. No doubt that right now he and Jung in the line-up together is putting you 2/3 of the way to the dreaded 3 man black hole line-up. And Malloy is not much of a challenge for any pitcher that simply understands you can throw him strikes and let him get himself out. Jace is looking a bit like Malloy from the left side - OPS driven by a good walk rate but no ISO. That's not supposed to be his MO so any time he'd like to start hitting the ball hard would be a good time. Edited Wednesday at 02:24 PM by gehringer_2 Quote
papalawrence Posted Wednesday at 02:49 PM Posted Wednesday at 02:49 PM I ended up watching the Pistons instead of the Tigers. Hoping for a win today. Hopefully Vierling and Meadows will be back at some point in May Quote
