Guardians looking like they're gonna lose to the Dodgers, down 6 in the bottom of the 9th. Last 3 days we picked up the 3 games we lost on them Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

It's gotta be hard for Hinch. One day a RP is unhittable and the next time he can't throw a strike.

I think he has pushed Vest a bit too much, probably because Beau and Holton haven’t been stellar. Good to see Lee handle things.

I'd definitely feel alot better about this team if we had a couple more reliable relievers with atleast 1 of them being of the true shutdown variety. Hopefully we'll find one at the deadline or get lucky and strike gold in that regard with somebody in the system.

Bury them. And throw away the shovel.

I watched the last out of the Rays Twins game and I thought it was a home run to tie the game, but it was an out and Minn won. So I switched over to the Reds versus the Royals and the Reds are now leading the Royals 5-2 top of 8th in KC.

Our old friend John Schreiber  pitching for KC. He made a bone headed error.

That's the way most bullpens are.  One of the most important things a manager can do to help his team win games is to manage the bullpen successfully.  Hinch has been very good at it.

The Reds apparently have a stupid home run celebration, where they throw wads of play money around in the dugout.

This is so undignified, unlike pizza pizza, which is very uptown and dignified.

I like that the Tigers don't have a scripted HR celebration. How gritty can you really be if you script your celebrations?

Yes.
