If Elly was 150ft away, the difference between that 98mph throw and the 'normal' 80mph throw is about 250msec. That about 8 ft for the runner. Plus he put it dead on line. Elly is a beast but how often can he reproduce that throw. I say it was a maybe but not a not a terrible send.
