He pitched 5 innings and gave up one hit. He earned this start. Another? Not in my opinion. Montero.

Yep.........might have to trade some of that young talent.   But you never know when a Doyle Alexander for John Smoltz type of trade will happen.

I just really don't see Scott trading away our better prospects. Not that I don't want him to, I just don't see it. And a return of an expensive pitcher is also out of character for him. Of course, he's never had a Tiger team as a buyer. Maybe he'll surprise me.

Vest hadn’t pitched for three days so he needed the work. Gotta get him trigger time at some point and there’s no guarantee it’s going to be close and late tomorrow, either.
