Sports_Freak Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Even with a TBD on Sunday, I love the pitching match-ups this weekend. Miami has defeated some good teams but we should be able to win this series. 2 out of 3 would make this a 4-2 road trip. That's really good. Then we have 6 at home and 6 on the road to finish out the season...the regular season.😅 Quote

The only time I can remember watching a game from that stadium was when the Tigers played the end of spring training there years ago and Stanton and Yelich were still on the team and the roof was open and they were one heck of an exciting ball club to watch. My guess is Sunday is Urquidy. Then Mize and Jack on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then a tbd (SGL or Melton) Thursday and skub next Friday against the Braves. Quote

I’d very much assume he will be used as a “bulk innings guy” like SGL was for the rest of the year. If he is effective, maybe he gets a bigger role in playoff games/allows us to start Melton. Quote
