i suspect you'll need to see some progress by the end of this year.  he looks awful.  in his defense, he is going against a grear DE.

they compared him to jordan maitava, but he was starting by the end of year one and hasnt missed a start since.

As dreadful as the Bengals' offense is, it would still be smart for the Lions to take their opponent seriously at halftime. Offense has done nothing since the opening drive.
