Or he could just outrun them even if they are keying on him. As we learned with Barry, just because a team decides to try to take something away, you still have to make them prove they can do it before you give up your  A game.

If they load the box to stop the run, they'll just be begging for Goff to beat them. Complete enough passes to St Brown and keep them honest. Trying to force the run may not work. Gibbs is really good but he's no Barry Sanders.

I’m hopeful that this means it was always in the cards, and not a sign that Glasgow is heading to IR.

Campbell will need to go into his bag of tricks tomorrow with Awosika-Colon-Ratledge on the interior. That’s not a playoff caliber offensive line, even with an All Pro RT anchoring.

And Wright as well. Going to be a much different looking offensive game plan then we are used to I think. Mostly run based and short routes again with a screen game. Unfortunately that’s similar to the game plan we had week one and the Packers dominated us. Expect heavy A-gap pressure and simulated pressure with walked up backers for added confusion.

Defense I fear is going to need to play great and potentially get a couple takeaways.

Now that this happened-not criticizing-if he’s in shape as suggested and given the state of the OL prior to Glasgow injury-wonder why this waited until the absolute last moment? Selfishly wishing he would be playing tomorrow.

Brad Holmes just got the best center available without giving up any picks.

Assuming he's in football shape and ready to go. I think most likely we won't see him until the Rams game because it will take a couple of weeks to get into football shape and ready for full contact. This is a plus addition though for sure.

Genuinely I doubt he had a full season in him physically. His foot is beyond surgical repair.

I’m more thinking weeks, not the whole year. But regardless, glad he’s back!

Add…As you said maybe the plan all along, and all this other OL issues just happened. Hard to wait for LA…game-wish sooner.

I think Skipper may get close to 100% of snaps as a sixth offensive lineman as well, allowing the tackle to help in the inside a little more.
