The never taking points thing is really get old. Our 4th down offense is abysmal.

Play action on 4th and goal when it's an obvious passing down? The defense isn't buying that you're going to run there. Don't like the play call when you're that far out from the goal line.

I am almost always OK with going for it inside the 5 regardless of the results.

This this offensive line and not being right on the goal line, why didn't Campbell admit defeat and take 3 points there?

It takes 3 drives resulting in a FG to beat one drive resulting in a TD.  You are only going to get inside the 5 so many times.  Secondly there are so many ways for an offense to get another set of downs due to penalty.  Lastly the worst case most of the time is turning it over on downs and forcing terrible field position.

Yeah it sure did. Not making excuses for Campbell, but Johnson also had Ragnow, Zeitler, LaPorta and pretty much a healthy offense to work with
