Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 10:08 PM Posted Sunday at 10:08 PM Tom Brady has some good insights but he just doesn't shut up. Ever. Quote
lordstanley Posted Sunday at 10:20 PM Posted Sunday at 10:20 PM I don’t think the Bears care too much about the #2 seed. 13-0 Lions. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted Sunday at 10:21 PM Posted Sunday at 10:21 PM We look good in all facets today. I was concerned about our redzone offense, but we went down an scored there before the half. It's a shame we could win this, have a winning record, and miss out on the playoffs so a team with a losing record can get in. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted Sunday at 10:22 PM Posted Sunday at 10:22 PM I know logic says a loss would make the most sense but I cant root against them. Where has this team play been the last few weeks? A total season team failure. Quote

Baseball and Basketball maybe guys are willing to lose just to end the season. But football and hockey with the beating those guys take it's an insult. They want to win and if you have guys in those two sports that are okay with losing, then maybe you have the wrong guys. The Bears might not have the same edge, but you know Ben wants to atone for earlier this season (although that beating may have been the thing that galvanized the Bears). Exactly. It would be up to the coach to "rest" his better players. Just to judge how the backup players perform. Quote

But if the players take just a bit of the edge off of the intensity (10%), the performance and outcome can drop by more than that (25%) in the NFL, IMO. That's enough for the Lions to win this. Which I want them to do. A bonus of the Bears dropping to the #3 seed would being able to cheer against the Bears AND the Packers both next week, instead of them playing each other and one advancing. 1 Quote
Motown Bombers Posted Sunday at 10:50 PM Posted Sunday at 10:50 PM I remember when the Packers were going to be undefeated and win the Super Bowl after they beat the Lions the first game of the season. They're a 9 win team and the 7th seed. Quote
GalagaGuy Posted Sunday at 10:58 PM Posted Sunday at 10:58 PM (edited) Screw it, lets win this. Edited Sunday at 11:00 PM by GalagaGuy Quote

Motown Bombers Posted Sunday at 11:00 PM Posted Sunday at 11:00 PM So it doesn't look like Caleb Williams will get to 4,000 yards. Still no 4,000 yard passer in Bears history. Lions have had 15. Quote
TP_Fan Posted Sunday at 11:03 PM Posted Sunday at 11:03 PM Lions out of the half, **** show. Every single week. They come out and can’t do a thing on offense week after week. Quote

Lions are not dominating. It’s 13-0. Left lots of points on the board with bad red zone play calling. Quote
TP_Fan Posted Sunday at 11:08 PM Posted Sunday at 11:08 PM lol 4th and 4 might as well go offside. The 3rd quarter man. Quote
