Announcers fussing that Tigers should be nervous about turning SS over to a 21 year old McGonigle...apparently they're too young to recall a 19-20yr old Alan Trammell.   18 year old Robin Yount.  Etc

And then, of course Mize comes back out after a good talking to or whatever the heck it is… It’s hard to get used to this rule, but it makes sense in spring training.

Mize COMPLETELY ineffective at 6 hits 6 runs and 4 walks in a total of 3 innings.

On the optimistic side - aside from Mize - all the relievers who have come in have done pretty well, although I can’t speak for the quality of the hitting they are facing. I’m not paying too much attention to this game.
