I have trouble trusting a ranking system that has the Utah Jazz that high (higher than the Bulls) with a 40% chance to make the playoffs. Pacers over the Kings and Wizards? I believe Rick Carlisle typically gets more out of his teams than you'd think he should, but I'm not buying them outside of the bottom 5.
