Tigermojo Posted May 26 Posted May 26 There is a very obvious lack of focus and effort on defense with this team. That could be the issue on offense as well. Heads need to roll. From gritty to lazy. Quote

Tigermojo Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Perez had a ball that had something like a 4% hit chance that he let fall in last week. These guys have checked out and given up. Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Tork is as bad as Javy with the down and away pitch. After he takes a belt high changeup…. Quote

Tigermojo Posted May 26 Posted May 26 I could save a lot of money and just go to the circus if I wanted to watch a clown show. Hinch better get these guys to pull their heads out of their derrieres. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted May 26 Posted May 26 So Torkelson took the 2nd pitch for strike one - a little up but over the center of the plate - a ball that he can certainly get in the air for the sac fly, and instead struck on pitches that were all much harder to get to. Riley has had two pure 2025 Riley ABs where he was flailing away no where near the ball. I really hate watching these guys hit. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted May 27 Posted May 27 The kid is a special talent. I was worried he hurt himself on that slide into 3rd, a late slide can jam a knee. Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted May 27 Posted May 27 JFC can we just let Keith vs a lefty? He just hit a triple in his last at bat and we are gonna pinch hit the guy hitting .164 1 1 Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted May 27 Posted May 27 oh, frick, Torque put the hammer on that one. just a strike. Quote
