Motor City Sonics Posted June 29 Author Posted June 29 (edited) About 10 years ago I had hemherroid surgery. Doc recommended getting a bidet attachment - so I did. It's life-changing (in a good way). Well that bidet broke yesterday 10 years for a $45 apparatus is a good deal. Let me tell you this. Once you've had one - you never want to go back. Just installed a new attachment and it's awesome. And yes, I thought it was weird at first too, but not once I started using it I wondered why this isn't the norm. While people were fighting over toilet paper during the pandemic, my supply of TP was going to last for a year because a little bit of patting dry and you are good to go. I HIGHLY recommend you do this. Edited June 29 by Motor City Sonics 1 Quote

Yes, but if the parents are actively hiding kids away, what are they supposed to do? We don't want a government going door to door to keep tabs on us. Sounds like Hoarding and disgusting living conditions and the fact they had a dog, I think you and I know they didn't clean up after the dog or dogs. They probably couldn't even smell it anymore. It sounds like two people with mental illness found each other and had children. You know how overworked, overwhelemed and overtaxed or social workers are, right? They're going to miss things out of the sheer volume of it. I can be a little disappointed, but not angry. This is on the parents. Edited June 30 by Motor City Sonics Quote

I didn't say it was a government social worker fail, it's a social fail on a larger level. People that need help don't get it, there is no social caring culture that keeps people like that from falling off the grid, we don't fund the government programs we do set up and then prefer to stop thinking about. For too many souls this country has become a terrible place to be born. Edited June 30 by gehringer_2 Quote

My wife recommends them for patients who've had any kind of soldier or hip surgery. Quote

oblong Posted June 30 Posted June 30 I saw a person, not defending it necessarily, but pointing out that the location of that festival in relation to hospitals is very poor, especially.... for political reasons involving miscarriages, abortions and overall prenatal care. It wasn't a direct defense of this situation because they didn't know all of the details, just that if a woman is having issues with a pregnancy or not even sure she's pregnant, which can happen, and something happens, where you are is a key factor because not every medical facility is equal or even a good option anymore. It can and does happen that women don't realize they are pregnant and this occurs. Quote

I HIGHLY recommend you do this. I went that route a few years ago, mostly due to side effects of one of my drugs. Still use a bit of TP as a followup, but in the long run its a lot less hassle. On the downside, I've purchased a couple for travel purposes. I just can't get the same effect with a hand held one. Quote

Some garbage human left a dead baby in a porta potty. There is nothing in this world that can excuse that. Nothing. Quote

I know it's barbaric to handle things this way, but no matter the circumstances of that child's death - to leave it there - there is no soul in that individual. 1 Quote

You are walking around outside. You step on something. Grab your shoe and its dog **** and it got in your forearm or wrist. Would you just grab a paper towel and wipe it off then move on? Quote

Possibly a billboard that says "Sharks Win" have you wondering about this? It cracks me up, they have good lawyer/bad lawyer type vibes with the one guy all smiles and the other looking like he's screaming and pointing at someone. It must be aimed at someone, likely people that regular need these types of lawyers. Quote
