Just saw a commercial for the ALDS on FOX. The showed highlights of the Blue Jays, Mariners (twice), Yankees, and Astros. Now, I’m now much for the Tigers being ignored or demanding attention. However, wouldn’t MLB and FOX prefer to have some representation of teams that actually have a chance at the ALDS (like all 6 playoff participants) rather than a team that is going to miss out on the playoffs? -

I think I want to get into a local 48 years and over league next year. I have not played softball in around 30 years. I was never athletic. But I figure by now, the athletes are getting older and succumbing to age and injury, so maybe I’ll have a fairer shot at things.

Well, the runner was in motion past 3B. I don’t know for sure, but I suspect the run counts? Or maybe because the batter only received one base, the baserunner(s) also receive only one base?
