I think that happens in the 2023 offseason not 2022 offseason. A year to reset, to re-evaluate, and to re-establish some value in whatever pitchers can get back, and remain, healthy. Way too much organizational value has been wiped out by this disastrous year of injuries and absent bats to make any worthwhile trades. I don't want to be in a situation where we're making trades "just to make a trade". It's going to take at least next year for the pitching staff to settle back into some semblance of normalcy... Can't evaluate or trade some of those pitchers at least until then...

I was just thinking this the other day... Organizational philosophy should be to learn to change speeds above all else, and command & control... Add sliders and such after mastering the first two. Been saying this from the get-go. In order for the Republican Party to save itself from Trumpism... it will need to destroy itself first. And then try to pick up the pieces afterwards... Also: Why is any Secret Serviceperson, who either had knowledge, or is currently associated with Trump (because he weeded out guys that would not be loyal to him and searched and found SS agents who would in specifically be loyal to him, not the US Constitution), still currently employed?
