  1. FACT: Israel is getting your tax dollars whether you like Bibi or NOT. Period. Take it up with the House of Representatives... they create ALL U.S. Budgets/ spending.
  2. Israel is not a dictatorship, it's a Democracy. Are you confused by this? You in fact, admit at the last that Israel is NOT a dictatorship, but that Bibi is a WANNABE DICTATOR. Your words. Or, in other words: NOT a dictatorship. They're a Democracy and your characterization of them as a dictatorship is horse****. Excuse my language.
  3. Dude. You will love it. I guarantee it. If you need therapy after this movie... A) Sure, I'll cover the bill. B) It won't be necessary. You'll know what I mean 3 minutes into the movie. C) You'll walk out with a huge smile on your face. I guarantee it. D) If you need therapy after this... yeah, dude, something's wrong with you...! 😉
  4. Control is the last thing that comes back after TJ but he should be well past that by now. I'll call it early ST Rust...
  5. He looks like a ****ing puppy dog in their midst. Wagging his tail and licking their hands or their feet or whatever he can lick that's within range. All in the hopes of obtaining a Trump Tower Moscow or Trump Tower St. Petersburg... Or better yet: hoping to copy Putin's governmental style from Russia to the U.S.
  6. I have boyhood love for WONKA. If you liked Willie Wonka & (1971) much moreso than Charlie & (2005)... Actually, either one, I don't think it matters... "Wonka" is... Good (great, IMO). I'd see it again.
  7. 99% (wag) amongst Republican unvaccinated ASSHATS.
  8. Or even Cossa for 9-ish games...
  9. As will Dems and Indies...
  10. Of course they would to try to unlock his O... He scored 18 goals last year (2022-23) so I'd like to see the Wings take a chance at that... He has good size (6'2" 205 per ESPN)... at 23... I'd like to see him line up with Kasper at center and Copp at the other wing next year. Again... just thinking out loud again...
  11. I was really thinking along the lines of who I would want most to pair up with Edvinsson. That's Andersson. For lots of reasons. He's been mentioned in a couple rumors but not often and I don't know if Calgary is seriously looking to make that move. Could just be internet rumors with nothing behind it... I just seized on the idea of pairing up Andersson (I believe he's under contract for 2 more years) with Edvinsson for the next 2... That would be a fine 2nd pairing... Tuomisto I see as a 3rd pairing defensive guy I think. Maybe as early as next year. In two years, as Andersson's contract ends... I think the next gen would be ready with ASP/ Gibson/ Johansson pressing out of GR for some NHL time... But 2024-2026 could be Seider/ Andersson/ Tuomisto on the right side... At least in my dreams...
  12. Even Wentz looks good, as a middle reliever, in 2 innings with 5 K's...
  13. That's already happening...
  14. I thought they were looking for playoff help, not a 1st rounder... That was how they presented it to the media... as he could be part of a package for someone who can help them, right now...
  15. But we could also find ways to dump some contracts as well... Including not re-signing some of our UFA's if Yzerman is willing to take his chances with Edvinsson, Cossa and Kasper (and if they are ready for the NHL challenge)...
  16. I'd rather have Rasmus Andersson at 27 y.o. than Tanev at 34. But I'm still thinking about the next 5 years and not just this year so maybe that's just me...
  17. I would change that to look for a younger guy who's not getting a good NHL opportunity or is underperforming but has a lot of talent. Like buddha said... another Jake Walman opportunity. The Rangers have already said they are dangling Kakko, the Oilers said they're dangling Broberg. I'm interested in both but don't know if Stevie Y is, or what it would cost. Those would be long-term moves though, not "boosts" for this year's playoff run. But I would like the longer term future of the Wings more, if we could pull in a talent or two like that. Much more so, IMO, than going after a Tanev.
  18. So you want to end ALL support for Israel, after we have supported them for 77 years (since 1947), and they have at times been our ONLY ally in the Middle East... Because...? Is that your position?
  19. So what you are saying is we should overthrow the Israeli government and install our own puppet? Or are you saying **** the Israeli people because you don't like Bibi? Which is it?
  20. NOT in Gaza. ZERO Percent in Gaza. You're conflating issues.
  21. PERFECT!!!
  22. Not to disrupt your train of thought here... But I am COMPLETELY ignoring this "Bibi" fellow and concentrating on other, more important issues. Specifically, I could give a **** about Bibi. What I care about is: 1) That Israel is able to live in peace without further terrorist attack from Gazan Hamas Palestinian murderers (however you want to name them). That is EXTREMELY high on my list. 2) That Hamas terrorists hand over all of the hostages they've taken. No "but, but, but" here. They are contemptible ****ing terrorists for this. Hand them over. 3) That Hamas no longer rules Gaza. Gazans deserve better government. They don't deserve an idiot "David" throwing rocks and missiles at an overwhelming "Goliath" on the other side of the fence.. literally, INVITING an invasion. They don't deserve a terrorist government that STEALS 50% of incoming goods (food, concrete, steel, gasoline, medicines, money, etc...) to line their own pockets and fund the idiotic idea that they can create tunnels and bombs that will allow them to defeat an Army of Goliaths. Are they ****ing stupid? Or what? 4) Gazans deserve better. They deserve an immediate ceasefire (with an exchange of Israeli women & children hostages for Hamas terrorists) so they can get immediate humanitarian aid into Gaza. They're desperate at this point, Israel needs to consider this desperation. They deserve a land without Israel overlords (like they've had since 2004) but also without a terrorist government that INVITES the overlords to invade their land on a constant basis because Hamas refuses to stay on their ****ing side of the fence. They deserve to live in peace, with plenty of food, freedoms within their territory, good government, good (work) opportunities, oh, and good beaches too. 5) Israelis deserve better. They deserve to live their lives without fear of being murdered in their homes. All of those issues are prime concerns. Not once have I mentioned Bibi in those concerns. What is with your fascination with Bibi? Who gives a **** about Bibi? It's the Israeli's and Gazans that I am concerned about. That's it.
  23. THAT should scare liberal and moderate voters to the polls in VAST NUMBERS come November. The media just may be dumb... like a fox.
  24. This is not correct. But... Let's dissect this just a teensy bit: If you're talking volume, you will be correct. If you're talking rate, ixne. So... Haley is taking roughly 40% of the Republican Party and/or right-leaning Indies. 40%. Against Trump. Trump got 74+ million votes in 2020? That's 30 million that are dead set against this scumbag. Will some go against their word and come back to Trump, as you say? Most assuredly. But if half DON'T... Trump just lost 15 million votes. How many "statement" votes against Biden? 1 million? 90% of those will go back to Biden in November. So... by volume, you're correct: 15 million anti-Trump primary voters (using 50% as a WAG) will go back to Trump, versus "only" 900,000 going back to Biden. But by Percent or Rate? Trump has LOST the middle-to-right Indies, LOST suburban moms, LOST a certain percentage of moderate Republicans, at a much higher rate than Biden will EVER lose Dems. Here's an article on the crap chances Trump gets elected in November but the Media's not really covering: https://www.yahoo.com/news/donald-trumps-dominating-gop-primary-140005226.html Opinion Donald Trump's dominating GOP primary performance doesn't add up Heather Digby Parton Mon, February 26, 2024 As you can see, it's just an opinion. But read the last paragraph, particularly this sentence: "She's (Haley has) spent the last year with fellow Republicans and Independents who are telling her they will never vote for Trump again." These are Republicans, TELLING a Republican: I hate Trump and will never vote for him again. Let's go back to volume now. 2020 Trump gets 74 mill. Less 15 mill that he has LOST. Has he gained anywhere? Maybe with non-white men who are Macho Men. Add back 1 mill. He's at 60 mill votes. Biden got 81.3 mill votes in 2020? Add 10 mill. That's 91.5 mill to 60 mill. Bottom Line: Biden is going to kick Trump's ass. By Volume... OR by Rate.
  25. OK, there ya' go... DEFINITELY for the Supreme Court. I'm on board.. can we start RIGHT NOW with corrupt POS Clarence Thomas?!?!
