  1. Nay, this is MSNBC talking about what the reporters are sending out.
  2. Oh, they are going over the gag order and threats to witnesses. They appear to be surprised by this on my broadcast.
  3. Looks like E.Jean Carroll deposition is not being admitted though.
  4. The bots and trolls are **** posting the hell out of this on Trump's behalf today.
  5. so, walked by the secretary up in front of my office and she's got Foxnews on...and they are showing the motorcade of Trump going to the trial. I blurt out: "Hey its OJ!" I hope she found that deeply insulting.
  6. Until and of course this gets destroyed by Trump killing off another one of his ex-wives...we need to assume this trial will start today.
  7. Where: District Court of New York, room 1530 of the Manhattan Criminal Court When: 9:30am Starters: New York State: Judge Juan Merchan Prosecutor: Alvin Bragg Defendant: Donald J. Trump: Jurors: an unknown group of 500 New York citizens
  8. The planners in the PRC PLA will be burning the midnight oil thinking about how this went down. We might have revealed some things in the blanketed, multi-layered defense that they will be trying to overcome. Hopefully we retain capabilities and they (more importantly Xi) are second guessing theirs.
  9. Trump's rambling discourse on General Lee was something. He seemed to love him some Robert Lee -- went on a ramble about how he was now being memory holed -- and blamed the attack on Little Round Top (as near a run thing as there ever was) on someone besides Lee and didn't give credit to the saviors of democracy (which include the 16th Michigan regiment). He somehow wanted to make the PA audience he was talking to eager fans of the confederacy. Maybe if they are Trumpies, they are now? I guess that would be like rolling into the Rouge complex in Dearborn and telling a crowd of union workers that Harry Bennett was great and that they should never have taken down his statues?
  10. Needed that for sure.
  11. It would be nice if this team had a future with this level of offensive struggle.
  12. And he spent a couple years running a counterintelligence sieve at his country club.
  13. i wish Baez wasn’t lost at the plate
  14. Baez...my god
  15. Ok, that is fair. They certainly advertise to their manipulation of science in the advancement of public interest.
  16. Nah, I've heard that. I'm just thinking in terms of the industry execs.
  17. My working hypothesis is that the industry would love to have engineering constraints to add to their machines so they can charge more for a relatively simple device.
  18. Whirlpool has its own PAC and donated $40k or so in the 2022 cycle. Browse Receipts | FEC Home | Lobbying Disclosure (senate.gov)
  19. Reading up on the one PAC that comes up in my duckduckgo search is the Home Appliance PAC PAC Profile: Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers • OpenSecrets They don't appear to be a going concern. That said. The Home Depot CEO appears to have a bone to pick with the idea that dishwashers are not providing nuclear reactor temperature water at speed.
  20. Are the industry groups (Whirlpool execs?) seriously asking for these bills? That seems debatable. Seems more likely that these crybabies, cranks and sexual deviants are making crap up about the appliance industry to further their own weird agendas.
  21. Must be nice for Putin to have these idiots rushing to accelerate the end times
  22. Both are bad. Trump being suspected of at a minimum being a "useful idiot" agent of influence for the Russians is much worse.
  23. Trump is running his own foreign policy while not serving as President. This is bad.
  24. Judge Jeanine is probably upset that she had a person who didn't personally vouchsafe for Trump on her show.
