Strahan talked about the eye test, and common sense and the way Tua reacted after hitting his head on the ground Sunday. The system failed Tua. The doctors should have never let him back in that game. Have to figure out if there is some kind of cushioning that can be put in the back of a helmet that prevents that kind of whiplash.
