(favorite R.E.M. song by far) Prisoners by Doves (don't know why, just love this song)

Anyone ever been to El Club in Detroit before? How's the parking situation there?

Maybe if you had players that realized that April games actually count, it would help. At least Candelario seems to be waking up. Schoop needs to something in the next two weeks or they might as well just cut him and give another player a chance because he is a black hole. When does Reyes get back? Baddoo needs to be getting everyday at bats in Toledo, not occasional ones here. I knew Haase and Baddoo wouldn't replicate the magic from last year, but I didn't expect them to be this bad. And the defense? No excuse for that. Can you imagine how bad they' be without Javy and Meadows? My biggest fear is that we turn into the Oakland A's or Pittsburgh Pirates and by 2024 we'll be selling off any of our good players. This has been such a letdown. I know E-Rod will rebound, I know Meadows' power will show up, but this has just been brutal. Just feels like the season is already over. It's May 6th.

How the hell was Pat Benatar not in there until now? Are you kidding me. Late 70s/Early 80s she was the only female solo artist getting played in rock radio. You rarely ever heard female voices at all and she had monster hits..won 4 Grammys. Even if you don't like her, how can you deny she is a legend in rock music. I guess Rolling Stone magazine didn't like her.

Another thing I thought about today. When Kim was using Cliff Main to set up Howard and she was talking about helping poorer people with legal representation, he was actually liking the idea. Do you think what ends up happening is Howard is also willing to do that and we're gonna find out that Kim maybe blew an opportunity to do what she loves doing and get paid for it, and Howard actually is a really decent guy (which I think he is).

We have not seen Lalo in a few weeks. I have a feeling his return is going to be anything but subtle.

Saw the trailer for Pistol (Sex Pistols series). Johnny Lydon already hates it, which probably means it's good. I trust Danny Boyle.

We will certainly know if Goff has it this year. There are no excuses. They have 3 better receivers than they had in the first half of last year, even if the rookie doesn't play until October. Reynolds was a huge addition, Chark helps that even more and St. Brown is now a force. If he doesn't look good this year, you mortgage everything for a QB.

So the NFL was angry at the Lions for the speed at which they made their #2 pick and wanted them to milk the clock for the full 10. Um, you bastards at the NFL control the draft. Nobody said you had to tell everyone the Lions already picked. Why couldn't you just delay telling everyone? A stupid thing to be angry about, but I'm thinking in a couple close games this season there is going to be close calls that don't go the Lions way.............just a hunch there.

I love the show but the first 2 episodes this season haven't been as good as Season 2.........it's still really good. I know it was a 3 year break because of COVID, but more Henry Winkler and more Stephen Root make it better.

Walking into a building on Sunday and repeating a bunch of words you've rehearsed your whole life doesn't make you more empathetic. Some have done it so many times that I don't even think the weight of those words are felt. For some people going to church is merely a cover. Plenty of church goers have harmed others, committed fraud on others or cheated on their spouses and done awful things. Most have not, but the amount of religious you are is not the litmus test for me. When someone has to tell you they are religious, then maybe their actions aren't getting that across.
