It's rare, but there have been 7, 8 run comebacks..........sometimes even more.
Remember Brian Dozier whining that an Oriole player bunted to get on base when the Twins were up 7-0? This was not a no-hitter, it was just a shutout. Hated him ever since that.
tomorrow my lineup might look like....
Grossman, rf
Torkelson, 1b
Baez, ss
Meadows, lf
Schoop, 2b
Haase, dh
HCastro, 3b
Barnhart, c
Baddoo, cf
Miggy finally gets a day off. Candy needs a day off. Torkelson deserves a key slot
I give AJ Hinch a lot of credit here. You know he'd like to rest Miggy in this 2nd game but since these were the Friday night tickets, he's giving them a chance to cheer him. As much as he's a baseball-first guy, I think he did this for the fans.
Miggy gets the next 2 days off anyway.
The energy seems too forced.................I mean, I like C-Mo, I really do, but we go from Sleepy Jack, to Gibby (and it's obvious he does struggle) to forced C-Mo..........................Somewhere there is a happy middle (and his name is Rod Allen)
Wait, they called Daz back up? That is not a healthy-looking lineup.
