The entitlement by the Chiefs gets me. They see to finally acknowledge begrudgingly that Toney was offside but he should have been warned. It's not the refs job to make sure you line up correctly. You can ask the ref but he is under no obligation to move you before the ball is snapped.
Yeah that's why I was thinking. They were trying to get the Lions to jump and pick up 5 yards but also had an option where they would snap the ball and take the free play if they got it.
A core that beat a weak Giants team and a 49ers team without a QB who could throw the ball. It's also a team that lost both of its coordinators (which I'm told here is the key to all the Lions success.
The 4th and 10 was basically a punt. The Lions benefited from it being picked off vs incomplete. The 2nd one was a 4th and 24 desperation heave. Even the fumble I would put at 50/50 between him and Glasgow. Glasgow double clutched it but Goff had a chance to still take it.
Eagles got crushed in back to back games, defense is worse than the Lions, Hurts is turning the ball over more than Goff, they are tied in the division but they are real contenders and the Lions are not.
The Chiefs went an entire game with their RT in the backfield and false starting every play and they meltdown when they are finally called for one formation penalty.
Why would you sign Goff based on what Hooker does? Either Goff is or isn't your QB. If your just signing him because you don't have better option, that sounds kind of bad.
I didn't realize Gores bought the team all the way back in 2011. Since that time, they had one winning season. After watching what happened with the Lions, this team needs an ownership change.
Congrats, you won the semantics battle. I mentioned and meant they were at the beginning of the Dombrowski rebuild. Pretty much everyone knew what was meant including you. You just have to find something to constantly harass me. Anyways, we'll use your logic and say the Pistons have been rebuilding for 15 years since it really started the day they traded Billups.
A comp pick isn't guarantied. It is dependent on how the Lions spend in free agency. If it were just that easy, why would Washington trade him for only a 3rd?
Don't know why they would need this to fire McDermott. The Bills have been mediocre.
On a side note, Ben Johnson could have his pick of good jobs between the Bills and Chargers.
It would be ironic to see the same people criticize Holmes for drafting injury prone player to then want him to sign an injury prone player to a large contract.
Speaking of the Levi draft, it's good thing Holmes double dipped at DT. McNeil has turned out to be a pretty good pick and Howie Roseman out smarted himself on that one.
